Here is what you will be doing each day:

The Audio-Visual Director is responsible for overseeing all sales and technical aspects of audio, visual, and multimedia services across the hotel. This includes partnering with the on-site sales team to secure contracts, managing AV operations for meetings, conferences, weddings, entertainment, and lifestyle events in line with the Hilton brand standards. The AV Director ensures seamless event execution, and maintains all technical equipment to deliver bold, stylish, and memorable experiences that define the Hilton brand within the collection of Crescent managed hotels & resorts.

Does this sound like you?

Degree/diploma in Audio Visual Technology, Event Production, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AV management in luxury hotels, resorts, or large-scale event venues.
