  • Join a collaborative team focused on innovation, execution, and exceptional client experiences.
  • Build experience in a fast-paced industry where no two events are the same.

What We Offer

  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability.
  • Voluntary benefits including long-term disability, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage.
  • Paid time off, including vacation and holidays.
  • Employee Assistance Program, legal support, and identity protection services.

  • Coordinate equipment and labor scheduling to meet event and operational needs.
  • Train, mentor, coach, and support direct reports and on-site team members.
  • Manage equipment inventory, quality control, and proper care of audio visual assets.
  • Ensure billing, accounting, and operational documentation are accurate and completed in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Review and understand financial reports to support process improvement, cost control, and profitability.
  • Apply knowledge of business operations, including profit and loss, inventory control, and logistics, to support venue performance.
  • Promote exemplary customer service to venue partners, clients, guests, and internal teams.
  • Maintain a professional image and represent ON Services positively at all times.
  • Support and maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment.
  • Complete required daily paperwork, reporting, and ON Site training.
  • Assist with additional operational, leadership, and venue support duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of business operation fundamentals, including profit and loss, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
