WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Lead planning and implementation of large-scale or technically complex AV projects.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on labor and travel budget planning, providing strategic guidance to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and resource plans; anticipate challenges and proactively resolve them.
  • Oversee and mentor project teams to achieve milestones and deadlines.
  • Manage and forecast project financial performance, including margin, labor budgets, and subcontractor costs.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and risk assessments, implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Represent Continua Interiors in client and construction meetings, ensuring alignment and professionalism.
  • Direct and approve change orders; ensure timely documentation and communication.
  • Oversee project close-out, including final acceptance, documentation, reconciliation, and lessons learned.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methods, tools, and standards.
  • Lead project managers through process change while building alignment and driving organizational buy-in. 

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 in the audiovisual or technology integration industry.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level or multi-phase AV projects.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities within a project management team.
  • Strong financial and risk management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CTS-D, or CTS-I preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and /or move up to 70 pounds. This position may require travel between offices, jobsites, and/or client locations, which may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, lifting light luggage, and adapting to different time zones.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The hiring compensation range for this position is an annual base salary of $100,000 - $133,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.

HOURS:  

This is a full-time position. Standard work schedule is Monday-Friday unless otherwise noted.
