We are looking for an AV Integration Technician for our Grand Rapids branch located in Wyoming, MI, whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission โ€œto provide a fantastic customer experienceโ€. What are your responsibilities?

- Install audio, video, control systems, video conferencing equipment, etc., in commercial environments
- Rack fabrication
- Pull and terminate a variety of cables
- Read drawings/blueprints
- Service and system maintenance
- Lead AV teams on commercial integration installations
- Provide fantastic customer experiences
- Overnight travel required, upwards of 75% (company paid)
- Other tasks as assigned

Does experience count?

- AV/IT Networking: 4+ years of commercial integration audio-visual installation experience required
- 2+ years of leading commercial integration installationsย 
- Education: An associate's degree is preferred, but not required. We will take into account your experience/skill level and what you bring to the table as an individual.
- Customer Service Experience: A must! As you can see, our customers are #1, and we need someone who can take care of them and treat them as such.
- Attitude and Aptitude: Are key! We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.
- Must be able to lift over 50 pounds over your head, have a valid driver's license, and have the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check and a Criminal Background Check
