Job description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSAV Setup and Installation
  • Install and configure microphones, speakers, projectors, video monitors, cameras, lighting and related AV equipment.
Event Support
  • Monitor and operate soundboards, video mixers, and recording equipment during events to ensure optimal audio and visual quality.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance
  • Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure all AV systems function correctly.
Inventory and Safety
  • Manage AV equipment inventory.
  • Safely transport and store gear.
  • Maintain cables, wiring, and accessories.
Interdepartmental Collaboration
  • Work with Information Technology, Maintenance, Entertainment, Banquets, and other departments as applicable.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • One (1) to three (3) years of professional experience supporting audio/visual systems or related technologies required.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Audio/Visual Technology or related field preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES
  • Proficiency with audio and video equipment, lighting, and multimedia production techniques.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and clients.

  • Availability to work all events.
