Senior Audio Engineer
Location: Sunrise, FL
Overview
A growing technology organization is seeking a Senior Audio Engineer to lead development and optimization of audio performance for professional wireless communication and electronic hardware products. This role focuses on end-to-end audio system design, testing, and performance improvement across hardware devices and related accessories.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in audio design, acoustic performance, and cross-functional engineering collaboration within a product development environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and translate end-user and market requirements into technical audio solutions
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance audio testing methodologies and performance benchmarks
  • Design and support audio systems for portable, mobile, and fixed electronic equipment and accessories
  • Partner with hardware engineering teams to provide circuit-level and system-level design feedback
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to refine audio solutions across product lines
  • Support initiatives related to noise reduction, acoustic optimization, accessory performance, and product lifecycle testing
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong foundation in audio system design and acoustic engineering principles
