Job description

Description

We're seeking an experienced AV Installation Technician to join a growing team supporting technology projects. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting audio visual systems, including video conferencing solutions, projectors, displays, speakers, microphones, and control systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AV installations, infrastructure cabling, system commissioning, and reading technical diagrams, along with strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills.

This position requires experience with technologies such as Zoom Rooms, and Microsoft Teams Rooms, as well as a solid understanding of signal flow, audio, video, and control systems. Candidates with video wall installation experience, commissioning expertise, and the ability to lead projects or mentor junior technicians are highly preferred. Company-paid travel is required, including occasional weekends. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality AV solutions from installation through end-user training.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
