Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile QA Engineer with 7–10 years of experience in mobile application testing and telecom domain validation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in testing Android, iOS, and wearable applications, along with hands-on experience validating mobile voice, VoIP, and telephony features across different network environments.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of mobile applications through comprehensive manual and automation testing while collaborating closely with development, product, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for mobile applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing across Android, iOS, and wearable devices.
  • Validate mobile voice calling, VoIP, telephony applications, and SIP-based communication features.
  • Perform mobile network testing across Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, and 5G environments.
  • Validate call quality, audio performance, network transitions, and handoff scenarios.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to mobile connectivity, call failures, latency, packet loss, and network performance.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Appium, Selenium, and Java.
  • Perform API testing using industry-standard tools.
  • Track, document, and manage defects using Jira and participate in defect triage meetings.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams throughout the Agile development lifecycle.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and release validation activities.
  • Ensure software quality by identifying risks early and recommending process improvements.
