3-5 years QA experience with Selenium/TestComplete automation, Azure DevOps, APM/observability tools, strong Agile knowledge, defect documentation, analytical skills, and solid understanding of finance, statistics, insurance, P&C rating, and policy coverages.
Job Summary

Seeking a Software QA Engineer II to lead and execute automated testing for software products, ensuring quality, performance, and accurate functionality. This role involves designing test plans, writing automation scripts, handling moderately complex issues, and supporting product teams with technical testing guidance.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design, create, and implement automated test scripts using tools like Selenium and TestComplete.
  • Develop and execute test plans, verify functionality, identify defects, and ensure product quality.
  • Support technical questions on test coverage, workflows, product interactions, and new feature validation.
  • Use Azure DevOps and Agile practices for planning, tracking, and execution.
  • Analyze moderately complex issues using independent judgment and troubleshoot defects.
  • Work with confidential data and communicate with internal/external teams to gather information and resolve issues.
  • Apply knowledge of insurance, property & casualty rating, policy coverages, endorsements, and business/finance principles.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of QA or software development/testing experience.
  • Strong experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, TestComplete).
  • Experience with application performance monitoring/observability tools.
  • Knowledge of technology testing methods, QA processes, and tools.
  • Strong understanding of finance, business, statistics, insurance industry, and P&C concepts.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, documentation, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
