Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility while maintaining professional engagement with our treatment team. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient scheduling requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and tailor individualized treatment plans accordingly.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches, to provide effective therapy to clients.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster a sense of community and provide valuable resources for patients dealing with common mental health issues.
  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to patient care.
  • Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, managing immediate risk and developing follow-up care plans.
  • Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and available community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.
