The Growth and Healing Psychiatric Clinic is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility while maintaining professional engagement with our treatment team. You will work within a supportive virtual environment, participating in regular video meetings and utilizing collaborative digital tools to ensure seamless communication and effective treatment planning. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient scheduling requirements.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and tailor individualized treatment plans accordingly.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches, to provide effective therapy to clients.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster a sense of community and provide valuable resources for patients dealing with common mental health issues.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, managing immediate risk and developing follow-up care plans.
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and available community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in the mental health field to bring the most up-to-date practices to our patients.

Our clinic serves a diverse population of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Your role will involve working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse among other conditions. You will be instrumental in creating a welcoming space where all patients can feel heard and supported in their therapeutic journey.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.
• A deep understanding of mental health disorders, along with effective therapeutic modalities and evidence-based treatment practices.
• Proven expertise in conducting thorough mental health assessments and crafting effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Experience providing individual and group therapy, demonstrating the ability to engage with a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating productive relationships with clients and fellow team members.
• Exemplary judgment, maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards at all times.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology to streamline processes and maintain documentation.
• An ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in mental health counseling is preferred, demonstrating a strong background in therapeutic practices.
• Experience working remotely in a similar role is a plus, showcasing adaptability to virtual care environments and independence.
