ESSENTIAL TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work alongside Audio Visual Lead Installer to:
  • Install, connect, demonstrate and performance check consumer electronics and AV systems in residential homes and businesses.
  • Program and set up networks and control systems to achieve system functionality and operation, allowing customers to control their audio, video, and networked products.
  • Provide customers with a premium in-home experience during delivery and provide a professional tutorial of customers' AV system.
  • Delivery of audio video furniture into customers' homes.
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and van.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • One (1) year of custom audio video installation experience
  • Two (2) years of customer service
  • Clean driving record
  • A Low Voltage license where required or obtain within 90 days of becoming eligible
  • Carrying/lifting/pushing/pulling weight up to 75 lbs. alone or up to 150 lbs. as part of team
  • Must have a solid understanding of general electrical and construction principles
