Basic in terms of how to manage MTR devices and How the calling works

Basic Knowledge of Networking

Description:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, system analysis, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in audio-visual implementations and/or videoconference network engineering with Cisco Telepresence infrastructure.
  • Experience with Cisco endpoints and infrastructure (Control Hub)
  • UC infrastructure (Ring Central)
  • Experience with Webex administration and other web/audio collaboration platforms and services, specifically Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Strong infrastructure implementation and project deployment experience
  • Experience in supporting system migrations and experience with AMX and/or Crestron AV Control systems. Working knowledge of A/V concepts around audio and video signal types, routing, and cabling, including Production devices i.e. Ross,Blackbox, Dante, Matrox.
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to drive successful results across multiple functional areas
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as proven written and oral communication skills, and the ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to help influence and work with others collaboratively and constructively Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment globally
  • Well versed in Desktop technologies (Windows 10, Macintosh and Office 365) Collaboration technologies (WebEx, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive), Server Technologies and Network Technologies.
  • Good prioritization skills, to balance key priorities.
Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
