WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO

  • Prospecting new clients through cold/warm calls, email, and marketing events to power positive, long-term relationships
  • Assessing client technology goals and challenges by offering a myriad of solutions
  • Building relationships with manufacturing and distribution partners
  • Upping your technical knowledge with regular training and certifications
  • Identifying and properly qualifying business opportunities and qualified leads
  • Present business solutions to prospective customers with extensive follow-up and coaching

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience as a business development rep preferred, but not required
  • Strong consultative or process background and ability to lead people in discussions to uncover needs and prioritize requirements
  • Experience leading demonstrations, preferred
  • Self-starter with a solid work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Knowledge of business organization structures, buying influences, negotiation, and purchasing processes preferred, however on-the-job training will be provided
  • Shows capacity to learn quickly and receptive to directions and training
  • Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities

  • High School diploma or equivalent
