Bilfinger LTM Industrie est une filiale française du Groupe Allemand Bilfinger.  Basée à Toussieu (69), notre société est spécialisée dans la fourniture de solutions innovantes sur mesure en chaudronnerie, tuyauterie industrielle et process pour les industries dans les secteurs énergies, pharmaceutiques, cosmétiques et alimentaires en France et à l’étranger.

Nous sommes un fournisseur spécialisé dans la fourniture de systèmes de tuyauterie industrielle et de systèmes tubulaires haute pression, plus généralement tout type de système complexe tubulaire. Notre activité couvre l’ingénierie, la préfabrication, l’installation et la mise en service.

Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe dédiée à la mise en service, nous recrutons un ingénieur expérimenté

A ce titre vos principales missions seront de: 

  • Réaliser les épreuves hydrauliques des tuyauteries
  • Préparer et s'assurer du bon déroulement des passivations des tuyauteries :
  • Assurer la mise en service et réglage de nos installations :
    • Régler les paramètre PID de régulation sur les automates
    • Réaliser les tests entrées et sorties sur les équipements et instruments
    • Configurer les instruments de mesures
    • Identifier et résoudre les problèmes de dysfonctionnement
    • Réaliser des opérations de maintenance sur des équipements. Ex. : Changer la garniture d'une pompe.
  • Exécuter les protocoles de tests de mise en service
  • Monter et dérouler les formations auprès du personnel du client sur la conduite de l'installation
  • Coordonner les activités de sous traitance-site : passivation, calorifuge, métrologie des chaines de mesure et gestion des équipements autonomes
  • Organiser les interventions fournisseurs nécessaires en cas de problématiques techniques

De formation BAC+5 avec une spécialisation en électromécanique, Génie Maintenance Industriel ou Génie des Procédés, vous avez une expérience de terrain d’au moins 5 années dans la mise en route et/ou assistance technique d’installations dans le secteur de la pharmaceutique ou de la chimie.

Vous êtes autonome et disposez d’une forte capacité d’adaptation et êtes force de proposition.
