  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support growth initiatives
  • Support partner and customer engagements, including training providers, fleet operators, and aviation organizations
  • Communicate opportunities, recommendations, risks, and performance insights to leadership
  • Influence outcomes through collaboration, preparation, and clear communication

Business Operations & Performance
  • Tack and manage business development initiatives, including pipeline, timelines, risks, and outcomes
  • Prepare presentations, business cases, and recommendations for leadership review
  • Use data and customer insights to prioritize opportunities and guide investment decisions
  • Support annual and quarterly planning, including revenue forecasting and growth initiatives
  • Partner with Finance on pricing analysis, projections, and performance tracking
  • Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's
degree in Business, Aviation, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent
    experience)
  • 7+
years of experience in business development, product management, commercial
    strategy, or similar roles
  • Demonstrated
ability to evaluate market opportunities and develop business cases tied to
    revenue growth
  • Experience
working cross-functionally to support product launches or commercial
