Trilith LIVE is designed to host concerts, live audience productions, conventions, corporate meetings, performing arts, tradeshows, exhibitions, special events, and more. Spanning 530,000 square feet, Trilith LIVE features a 2,800-seat theater, 50,000 square feet of sound stages, multi-purpose meeting rooms, support space, dressing rooms, green rooms, production offices, suites, wardrobe, audience holding areas, outdoor plaza areas, full-service catering and concessions, box office, and a 730-space parking deck.
Trilith LIVE is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing, advertising, and promotional initiatives designed to drive ticket sales, increase event visibility, and strengthen the Trilith LIVE brand. This role will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive strategies across a diverse portfolio of live entertainment programming, including concerts, family shows, comedy, theatrical performances, and special events. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in maximizing attendance, expanding audience engagement, and driving results through innovative campaigns, effective media strategies, and data-driven marketing efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIESKeeps the mission, vision and values of Trilith LIVE at the forefront of decision making and action; builds strategic and collaborative relationships and interacts with others in a way that builds confidence and trust; provides excellent customer service by taking action to accomplish objectives, maintains high levels of work and productivity by generating innovative solutions to work situations.
Collaborates closely with promoters to create and implement venue marketing campaigns to plan and promote entertainment events.
Develops and executes media buying initiatives, negotiates with media partners to maximize advertising reach and effectiveness; creates and implements creative ticket trade proposals and campaigns.
Provides strategic direction and oversight to marketing staff in the development and execution of social media campaigns, email marketing initiatives, promotional strategies, and website content designed to drive ticket sales, increase fan engagement, and strengthen brand awareness.
Manages marketing assets for events.
Develops and maintains relationships with third-party partners to create promotional activities.
Collaborates with external advertising agency to develop and execute marketing assets that support event promotion, brand visibility, and ticket sales initiatives.
Partners with the Box Office to develop and execute ticketing promotional campaigns that drive sales and maximize event attendance.
Supports institutional venue marketing and public relations efforts for initiatives and announcements beyond event activities.
Creates annual marketing plan and budget in partnership with Assistant General Manager.
Responsible for achieving established marketing goals and objectives while assisting in the development of strategic marketing initiatives to support organizational priorities.
Manage charitable ticket donation programs.
Creates and implements grassroots initiatives.
Monitors emerging event marketing trends and venue industry best practices, leveraging insights to develop and implement strategies that optimize marketing effectiveness, audience engagement, and event performance.
Analyzes performance metrics and adjusts strategies based on trends, audience engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
Actively participates in marketing initiative calls and collaboration efforts to align with strategies and share best practices.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field required; equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.
3+ years of experience developing and executing marketing and advertising initiatives for live entertainment, with venue marketing experience strongly preferred.
Experience developing and executing media buys.
Experience managing and optimizing a comprehensive online brand presence.
Working knowledge of marketing metrics, analytics, and measurement tools.
Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules and business needs.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications and digital content creation tools.
