Job description

Job Summary
The Senior Learning and Organizational Development Analyst reports to the Senior Manager or Director of Learning & Organizational Development and will be instrumental in leading and supporting efforts to build, scale, and optimize onboarding, learning, and organizational development programs across the organization. This role will be primarily responsible for independently managing and coordinating onboarding, learning, and organizational development solutions that are foundational to the continued success and growth of Verano, while also supporting more complex cross functional initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of LMS curriculums, audience groups, and assignments, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • Drive the design and enhancement of technology-driven learning processes and platforms (especially via SuccessFactors LMS), acting as a subject matter expert.
  • Partner with and mentor cross-functional peers to support proper LMS execution.
  • Independently design and develop advanced learning and organizational development materials, sometimes taking the lead on the key projects.
  • Own, complete, and drive to completion role-appropriate projects, proactively communicating statues, progress and potential roadblocks to leaders and peers to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Proactively collaborate with L&OD team and other stakeholders to schedule and coordinate complex training logistics for onsite training and learning events.
  • Lead and facilitate a variety of learning events, both live and virtually.
  • Proactively analyze and interpret key learning finding and attendance data, providing strategic recommendations and insights to leadership.
  • Champion efforts to maintain, optimize, and innovate current learning curriculums and events, identifying opportunities for improvement, and in role-appropriate situations/projects recommending solutions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for learning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Oversee and optimize the management, storage, inventory, and vendor management-related tasks for supplies and printed materials.
  • Manage and resolve complex inquiries received via shared email boxes, providing exceptional customer services and mentoring others in best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, often supporting high-impact, cross functional projects.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years of employee learning and/or employee onboarding and/or orientation experience with knowledge in training, learning strategy, design, and development.
  • 1+ years of learning design, development, and learning facilitation with desire to grow in space in all things L&OD.
  • Ability to find joy, fun, and passion in work and when working and collaborating with others.
  • 1+ years of learning needs assessment, instructional design and development, curriculum management/maintenance, delivery, and program coordination.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to demonstrate learning ability in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Ability to partner, communicate effectively with a variety of different stakeholders.
  • Must be a strong team player and collaborator.
  • Solid project management, conflict resolution and people management skills.
  • Process-driven.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Effective consultative and influencing approach, with proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels

What We Offer
Verano Base Pay Range
$70,000 - $80,000 + Bonus
Actual pay is based on experience, qualifications, and location of the role. Roles may be eligible for annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
