Job Description
The Director, Audiences Outcomes will work closely with internal teams across strategy, investment, analytics, and ad tech to integrate audience data into media strategies for our client. This role is pivotal in translating client goals into actionable audiences via data solutions, ensuring the effective use of data and technology to drive media and audience strategies.
The Director will use audience data tools, such as Epsilon Clean Room, CDPs, and other Publicis and 3P data platforms, to inform media planning and execution across multiple channels, including digital, video, social, mobile, and offline media. This position is responsible for building strong intra-agency relationships across teams, with clients and data/technology vendors, staying informed of industry trends that impact data-driven media strategies. The Director will manage the creation audience strategies to drive Client outcomes.
Responsibilities
Integration of Audience Data:
• Facilitate the incorporation of audience data into media planning and execution to ensure data-driven strategies.
• Participate in data strategy presentation and integration in media plan focused on audience details
• Build and present to internal teams data and technology use case recommendations and performance reports
• Define relevant audiences to be leveraged, share data with partners, and track and compile performance reports regarding audience groups
Collaboration Across Teams:
• Work in conjunction with Strategy, Investment, Analytics, and Ad Tech teams to translate client goals into actionable data-driven media strategies.
• Leadership and Guidance: Lead junior Audience team members to ensure that audience insights and signals are seamlessly integrated into all stages of media planning; review deliverables to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Developing Strategies and Insights:
• Create strategies and insights that align with clients' business objectives and desired outcomes.
Technical and Analytical Expertise:
• Apply a strong technical foundation and analytic skills to optimize the use of data and ad tech tools.
• Analyze performance data from media platforms and sales lift studies to create client-facing reporting and optimization recommendations based on audiences
• Craft measurement plans and design sales lift studies in partnership with Analytics team in order to learn key answers related to audiences
Driving Client Outcomes:
• In partnership with VP, support efforts to use data and technology effectively to achieve client goals and enhance business results.
Subject Matter Expertise:
• Staying informed of current Adtech/Martech Ecosystems trends
• Solid understanding of current privacy rules and regulations
• Solid understanding of research and test design
• Solid understanding of 1P and 3P industry sources
Data Management:
• Define and track audience groups, coordinate data sharing with partners, and compile performance reports.
Build And Maintain Relationships:
• With internal agency counterparts, data & technology vendors and, and clients
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in digital media, including consulting (strategy/operations), advanced analytics, marketing technology, or digital strategy/buying.
• Solid knowledge of digital platforms and tools: DSPs, DMPs, third-party audience data, cross-screen OLV, and data analytics.
• Experience using audience data for strategic investment and communication decisions.
• Experience using 3p data and 1p data to impact media and business goals
• Experience managing teams
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization skills, and a proven ability to operate in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with 3P syndicated industry research tools (eMarketer, comScore, Statista, Mintel, GWI, MRI, crosstab reporting, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to create compelling and clear presentations.

Compensation Range: USD $135,375.00 - USD $194,460.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
