The Role

Join the team at one of the premier luxury dealerships in the Bay Area. As anAudi Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-level diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs for the world's most advanced luxury vehicles. From internal combustion performance to the latest e-tron electric technology, you will ensure every vehicle leaving our shop meets Audi's rigorous safety and performance standards.

What You'll Do

  • Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize Audi-specific diagnostic tools and special service equipment to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electronic issues.
  • Precision Repair: Perform high-quality repair work including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, and suspension systems.
  • Collaboration: Clearly communicate with Service Advisors regarding repair timelines and any additional maintenance needs discovered during inspection.
  • Compliance: Execute warranty repairs strictly according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
  • Professionalism: Maintain an organized and clean workspace in our state-of-the-art service center.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years of automotive technician experience (European luxury or Audi/VW experience is highly preferred).
  • Certifications: ASE certifications are required;Audi Certified orMaster Technician status is a major plus.
  • Technical Skill: Deep knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and a "fix-it-right-the-first-time" mentality.
  • Requirements: A valid California driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check.
