Job description

Compensation: 
  • Base salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, plus uncapped commission.
  • On-Target Earnings (base + commission): $100,000 - $150,000+, with uncapped upside.

This role is best suited for a self-motivated sales closer with a desire for high earnings!
Primary Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to)
  • Deliver luxury-oriented customer service.
  • Be enthusiastic and demonstrate a passion for watches.
  • Provide information about the products and services to our prospective clients.
  • Answer client questions and suggestively sell products via product recommendations.
  • Answer emails daily, promptly, accurately, and courteously.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
  • Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries about brands' websites, products, and brands' policies.
  • Listen well, ask thoughtful questions, seek to understand your client’s needs, and engage in digital Q&A and conversations.
  • Handle client issues with outstanding diplomatic skills.
  • Present all offers to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Luxury Watch and/or Fine Jewelry experience with an existing client book is a requirement.
  • Ideal candidates are shrewd negotiators and do not mind working odd hours.
  • Stay on top of product knowledge.
  • Technologically savvy - able to navigate a computer with multiple windows and screens.
  • Highly organized and able to quickly shift between priority tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, extraordinary skills in customer service (High Touch), and proven ability to handle sensitive situations deftly.
  • Ability to adapt and quickly change the course of action.
  • Excellent written communication skills, as well as impeccable grammar and punctuation.
  • Open to receiving feedback, coaching, and constructive criticism.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, intense environment, while remaining positive.
  • Basic computer skills, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Bi-lingual is a plus.
