Join Our Management Team as a & Luxury Goods Buyer

Are you passionate about fashion, luxury goods, and providing exceptional customer experiences? If so, we’d love to meet you! At Style Encore, we’re all about creating a welcoming and stylish environment where both our customers and team members can thrive. Located in Exton, PA, we specialize in buying and selling gently used, high-quality women’s clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories. Now, we’re looking for a dedicated and fashion-savvy Keyholder & Luxury Goods Buyer to join our team!


What You’ll Do:

As Keyholder, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while curating an exceptional selection of luxury goods for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: - 

Leading by Example: Oversee daily store operations, assist in managing team members, and ensure a positive and productive work environment. 

Luxury Goods Buying: Evaluate and purchase high-quality, pre-loved luxury items from our customers, ensuring they meet our standards for style and quality. 

Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding service by building relationships with customers and helping them find their next favorite piece. 

Team Collaboration: Support and motivate team members to meet goals and maintain a fun, friendly, and professional atmosphere. 

Inventory Management: Help keep the store organized and stocked with the latest trends and timeless classics.


What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Must be 18+

 - Experience: At least 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field. Management experience preferred. 

 - Passion for Fashion: A keen eye for style and an understanding of luxury brands. 

- Leadership Skills: The ability to inspire and guide a team while maintaining a positive work environment.

- Weekend Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a dynamic schedule. 20+ hours a week for this role. 

- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to assess the quality and authenticity of luxury goods.
