Job description

Carolina Auto Auction is a family owned and operated business in Williamston, SC. We have been serving the automobile dealers and finance companies since 1969 and in SC since 1989. We believe in providing superior customer experience for everyone that walks through our doors. We are one of the largest independent auctions in the Southeast United States. Most auto auctions are similar but at Carolina Auto Auction we believe that our team of talented individuals is what sets us apart in our industry.

We're looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Coordinator to execute marketing initiatives across digital, print, events, and brand communications. This role is responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, managing marketing projects, supporting company events, and maintaining brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys balancing creativity with organization in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, websites, print, and digital channels.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, trade shows, customer appreciation events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Organize, update, and maintain marketing assets, promotional materials, and sales collateral to ensure brand consistency and easy accessibility.
  • Create engaging social media content by capturing photos and videos, editing content, writing captions, and brainstorming creative campaign ideas.
  • Assist with maintaining the social media content calendar while scheduling posts across multiple platforms.
  • Create and distribute marketing emails, promotional communications, and customer-facing content.
  • Assist with website updates and help ensure online content remains current and accurate.
  • Manage marketing initiatives within HubSpot, including email campaigns, forms, landing pages, contact lists, workflows, reporting, and CRM-related marketing projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal departments to execute marketing projects and promotional campaigns.
  • Track project timelines and assist in ensuring marketing initiatives are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Provide support for photography, videography, and other creative content needed for marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with additional marketing projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.
