About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end Plan Management experience for LoopNet listers, shaping how customers manage purchases, allocate resources, and optimize performance across their portfolios. This role will define how listing plans are structured, managed, and surfaced, ensuring customers have full visibility, control, and flexibility in how they drive exposure and maximize value on the platform. You will lead efforts to transform plan management into a transparent, data-driven, and scalable product experience that aligns customer needs with business outcomes.

This position is located in Arlington, VA and in office Monday through Friday.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person university or college.

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex, customer-facing products and platform capabilities.

  • Experience building or managing entitlement systems, subscription/plan-based products, or marketplace optimization tools.

  • Experience in commercial real estate and/or working with brokers, owners, or listing platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights that drive customer value and business outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to define and scale systems involving allocation logic, prioritization, or optimization (e.g., inventory, exposure, spend).

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, finance, and operations.

  • Experience working with backend systems, contracts, or fulfillment workflows, with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements.

  • Strong understanding of roles, permissions, and access control models in complex systems.

  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and data-driven product development.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

  • Experience in commercial real estate, marketplaces, or B2B SaaS platforms is a plus.

  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

Base Compensation: $107,000.00 - $181,000.00 Annually
