Automotive dealership, automotive auction, license branch, or related automotive experience is a plus!

Work Hours for Office Clerk:
  • Monday - Wednesday 8-5
  • Thursday 7-5

Responsibilities for Office Clerk:
  • Performs clerical tasks including filing, scanning, copying, and document organization.
  • Enters and updates information accurately in office systems and tracking tools.
  • Assists with customer service by answering routine questions and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintains organized office records, files, and documentation in accordance with procedures.
  • Supports registration, title, billing, or administrative workflows as assigned.

Requirements
Requirements for Office Clerk:
  • At least 1 year of experience in clerical, administrative, or an office support role
  • Auction, automotive dealership, automotive administration or related automotive experience is a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to pass pre-employment screening
  • Computer proficiency
  • Good communication skills
  • Good organization and detail skills
  • Good customer service skills
