ATV Rental Team Rep JOB DESCRIPTION

Reports To
ATV Rental Team Rep will report to the Teams Manager.
Job Overview
Maintain knowledge of the different rentals offered by SunBuggy to be able to competently answer questions and set proper guest expectations. Coordinate with the "Store Manager" to take new reservations and check in customers with existing reservations
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain a neat appearance of work area and Participate in keeping store area clean.
  • Prepare paperwork as dictated by schedule and maintain office supplies
  • Assist with closing out contracts at the end of day
  • Greet and orient guests on check-in

Qualifications
Qualifications that are necessary for ATV Rental Team Rep
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain and foster cooperative and courteous working relationships with the public, peers, and supervisors.
  • High School Diploma and basic math competency
  • Ability to Look up directions and navigate
  • Ability to communicate clearly over the phone, online, and in-person
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch, bend, and reach.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Maintain a Valid Drivers License
