We are currently looking for a Senior Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team! Here, you will:
  • Defend clients in a wide variety of insurance matters: coverage disputes, bad faith claims, product liability, general liability, etc.
  • Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery; take and defend depositions.
  • Manage your caseload from intake through trial or resolution. Strategize case directions in consultation with senior partners.
  • Handle litigation in both state and federal courts across Texas.
  • Negotiate settlements, work with experts, prepare for mediation or arbitration, and see cases through trial when needed.
  • Help mentor and train more junior attorneys
