WE’RE HIRING: ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY ⚖️
Brandi Wolfe Law, PLLC is growing, and we’re looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team.
We are a modern, client-focused family law firm that believes you can do excellent legal work, take exceptional care of clients, and still enjoy the people you work with.
We’re looking for an attorney who is smart, motivated, organized, positive, and genuinely wants to grow. Family law experience is a plus, but we care just as much about judgment, work ethic, attitude, and the ability to connect with clients.
WHAT WE OFFER
✨ Base salary between 90k-110k, commensurate with experience and anticipated billing. Anticipated salary of 30% of billing as compared to most firms paying 25-27% or less.
✨ Generous bonus program with significant earning potential once billing baseline is established. Potential to earn 40% of some billables in the month.
✨ 6 weeks paid vacation/PTO+ : All School Holidays then 2 Weeks of Your Choice
✨ 401(k) with employer match
✨ Fully remote work
✨ Supportive staff and collaborative attorney team
✨ A growing practice with opportunities to develop professionally and take ownership of your cases
✨ A culture where we work hard, celebrate wins, laugh often, and actually like working together
THE POSITION
This is a remote position, but you must be available to attend in-person hearings, trials, mediations, and other court appearances in Bexar County and contiguous counties as needed.
Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
We want someone who takes their work seriously without taking themselves too seriously. Someone who can advocate fiercely when necessary, solve problems thoughtfully, treat clients and coworkers with kindness, and bring good energy to the team.
High standards. Real support. Big impact.
If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
