Are you ready to embark on an exciting aquatic adventure? Look no further! The Attleboro YMCA is seeking a passionate and dedicated part-time Swim Instructors to join our dynamic team. At The Attleboro YMCA, we believe in the transformative power of swimming. Our mission is to make the water a place of joy, confidence, and skill for all. We provide top-notch swim instruction in a welcoming and supportive environment, helping individuals of all ages become confident and proficient swimmers.
What You'll Do:
- Teach swim lessons to a diverse range of students, from young children to adults.
- Create and deliver engaging and effective swim lesson plans.
- Promote water safety and awareness.
- Encourage and motivate students to reach their swimming goals.
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable swimming environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Certified Swim Instructor with [relevant certifications].
- CPR and First Aid certified.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring others.
- Prior swim instruction experience is a plus but not required.
