Atrium Counseling Services is seeking passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists, including licensure as LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCSW-R, to join our dynamic outpatient practice in the Bronx, New York. This role is designed for a full-time mental health therapist who will primarily work in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while ensuring accessibility to our outpatient services. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and ancillary staff to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to understand patients' needs and craft individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to support clients through various challenges.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups, where you will address topics related to common mental health concerns, fostering community support among participants.
• Provide crisis intervention services necessary for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.
• Stay rigorously updated on the latest developments in mental health, ensuring that your practices incorporate new findings and effective methodologies.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records in accordance with all legal and ethical guidelines, using electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.
• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to ensure seamless patient care and optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Your work will encompass a diverse population, including adults, children, and families navigating mental health issues. You will be instrumental in creating strong therapeutic relationships that empower clients to work towards recovery and improved mental well-being.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and effective therapeutic practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients compassionately and professionally.
• Experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and necessary computer applications to track patient progress and appointments.

• Experience delivering therapy in a variety of formats, including individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and addressing acute mental health challenges.
• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is highly desirable.

This full-time position comes with a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
