As a remote mental health counselor, you will have the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients across various demographics. • Conduct thorough assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's specific circumstances.
• Set and monitor therapeutic goals, regularly evaluating progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to ensure access to care for clients facing geographical or physical barriers.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and trust.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

• Current and valid license in California as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of establishing rapport with clients.
• A non-judgmental attitude with a strong sense of empathy and compassion for those in need.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to balance multiple client needs effectively.

• Experience with a variety of therapy modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling best practices.
• Previous experience in a private practice setting is a plus.
