• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals.
• Implement individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.
• Set therapeutic objectives and continually monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving challenges.
• Provide teletherapy options, accommodating clients who may face accessibility challenges or prefer virtual interactions.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate records in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in mental health care and therapeutic techniques.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster genuine connections with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to counseling.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to balance client caseloads and administrative duties.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly with populations facing mental health challenges similar to those served by our organization.
• Proficiency in telehealth technologies and online therapy platforms.
• Experience in implementing evidence-based practices tailored for individual clients, including specialized knowledge in trauma-informed care.

Atrium Counseling Services offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and client caseload.
