Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Implement individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.
  • Set therapeutic objectives and continually monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving challenges.
  • Provide teletherapy options, accommodating clients who may face accessibility challenges or prefer virtual interactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate records in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Atrium Counseling Services offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 โ€“ 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and client caseload.
