  • Orchestrate sales, solutioning, delivery, finance, legal, contract and bid teams to work as one aligned account team.
  • Manage pipeline quality, opportunity progress, forecasting discipline and commercial governance.
  • Support profitable growth by balancing revenue, margin, delivery performance, customer satisfaction and risk.

  • Strong ability to manage senior client relationships and influence stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
  • Good commercial understanding, including account planning, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, forecasting, margin discipline and sales governance.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across sales, solutioning, delivery, finance, legal and partners.

  • Confidence working in English. Dutch and/or French language skills are an advantage for the Belgian market.
  • Collaborative, inclusive and client‑focused leadership style.
What success looks like
  • Clear account plans are in place and actively used.
  • Senior client relationships are strengthened.
  • Pipeline is healthy, qualified and aligned with client priorities.
  • Account performance is reviewed regularly, and actions are followed through.
  • Sales and delivery teams work together to create sustainable value for the client and Atos.
