As the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you will play a critical leadership role in crafting and executing strategic plans to achieve the company’s growth objectives. You will oversee a talented team of Sales & Marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with Atomic Data's overall goals and objectives. This position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company’s success by fostering innovation, strengthening customer relationships, and optimizing processes.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth.
  • Align Sales & Marketing initiatives with the company’s broader business objectives.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing Sales & Marketing team, ensuring accountability and success.
  • Oversee hiring, training, and performance management to foster team growth and productivity.

Customer & Partner Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
