Position Summary:

Handles all plastic card functions for Florida Credit Union. Conduct these activities in accordance with Credit Union policies, goals and objectives established by the card services manager by completing the following duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports front line staff by answering questions, investigating situations, correcting errors, creating plastics, completing fraud and dispute claims, and reviewing member and credit union records.
  • Debit, credit and ATM card processing and new/reissue, lost/stolen cards and fraudulent accounts.
  • Ensuring compliance with credit/debit card rules and regulations.
  • Performing file maintenance and account changes as needed.
  • Acting as liaison between credit union and card processor and branches.
  • Responsible for keeping management informed of cardholder statistics on a monthly basis.

Qualification Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One to three years' related experience and/or training.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience in a business/financial environment.
