Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking an ATM Architecture expert to provide enterprise-level leadership for ATM platforms within a global financial institution. The role involves defining long-term ATM channel strategy, target state architecture, and multiyear roadmaps aligned with business growth and customer experience goals.
Responsibilities:
• Guide modernization of ATM ecosystems—balancing legacy platform stability with innovation—while ensuring resilience, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior technology and business leaders, driving standardization, vendor strategy, and investment decisions that enhance availability, scalability, and operational efficiency across the ATM fleet.
• Ensure the ATM domain is properly supported.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 7 years of experience in technology architecture and solution design, including 3 years of hands-on software engineering.
• Proven ability to operate at SVP/executive level, influencing technology strategy and standards across large organizations.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and executive audiences.
• Strong background in platform architecture, solution design, and hybrid (on-prem and cloud) deployments.
• Proficiency with containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred:
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services.
• Relevant cloud, security, or data certifications.
• Prior ATM and/or Payments experience - ATM software platforms (e.g., EuroNet, Client, Diebold Nixdorf, or equivalent) - Transaction processing, switching, and ISO 8583 messaging - High-availability, real-time, distributed systems.
• Prior experience in Tier 1 financial services organizations.
