OPERATIONS – SHIFT LEAD – WILLISTON, ND

Data Center Shift Lead

Lead the day-to-day operational tasks of your team which keep Atlas Power running at peak efficiency.

 Job Type: Full Time

Base Pay: $32.00 - 34.50 Hourly; $1.00 Shift Differential

Reports To: Site Manager

Bonus: Discretionary

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Shift Lead in a cryptocurrency mining operation, your primary responsibilities will be to:

·        Manage a team of data center service technicians and data center repair technicians.

·        Assist the Site Manager to train staff on all equipment and procedures performed on site related to operations.

·        Enforce data center safety programs and report observations for improvement.

·        Monitor systems to ensure all data is processing accurately.

·        Deploy mining devices as directed.

·        Troubleshoot high level technical problems.

·        Analyze data to identify trends or relationships among variables.

·        Oversee project production efforts to assure projects are completed on time and within budget.

·        Continually improve current processes in collaboration with and by direction from leadership.

·        Recruit, hire, retain, supervise, delegate, give feedback, and evaluate technicians.

·        Perform other duties in line with the role as instructed by the Site Lead and those with duly delegated authority.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

·        High school degree or equivalent

·        1 year of experience with cryptocurrency mining technologies such as deployment/support/maintenance of various miners

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Outlook)

·        Basic understanding of networking topology/diagnostics

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

·        Understanding of Computer Hardware Maintenance

·        A+ Certification

·        Net+ Certification

·        Server+ Certification

WORK ENVIRONMENT

·        Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions in unconditioned spaces

·        Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 pounds
