What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Guide patients through their surgical journey with empathy and confidence.
  • Educate patients about surgical procedures and premium lens options.
  • Handle financial discussions and obtain signed consents.
  • Coordinate surgery dates and follow-up care with physicians.
  • Schedule in-office procedures and manage all related paperwork.
  • Answer patient questions pre- and post-surgery.
  • Ensure accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record system.
  • Travel between our Monmouth County locations as needed.
