Taping must provide adequate support and protection without restricting mobility, which requires both speed and precision. Additionally, athletes may be sweaty or moving, making adhesion difficult. To address these challenges, it's important to practice taping techniques regularly, keep supplies organized and accessible, and communicate clearly with athletes about their comfort and support needs. Staying current with best practices and taping innovations can also improve efficiency and effectiveness.
