Position Overview
Integrated Martial Arts is looking for a passionate and energetic Fitness & Performance Coach to help lead our IMA Fit program.
You’ll coach semi-private training sessions, personalize workouts, motivate members, and create a positive environment where clients achieve results.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead semi-private fitness sessions (2–6 clients)
● Follow IMA systems and training standards
● Coach proper technique, safety, and exercise modifications
● Adjust workouts based on client goals and abilities
● Track progress and help clients stay accountable
● Create an energetic and welcoming community
● Assist with consultations, trials, and member growth
● Support marketing efforts through referrals and social media
● Work with the team to continuously improve the program

Ideal Qualifications

● Personal Training Certification preferred
● CPR/AED certification required
● Experience with personal training, small-group coaching, or athletic performance preferred
● Knowledge of strength training, conditioning, mobility, and fitness programming
● Strong communication and leadership skills
● Positive attitude and passion for helping others
Physical Requirements
● Ability to demonstrate exercises and coach actively
● Ability to lift, move, and organize fitness equipment
● Must safely lift 55+ pounds when needed
