Job Description

OSR Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a strong and enthusiastic Athletic Trainer to join our OSR Team to provide clinical care in our outpatient clinic. Our staff is not only great at what we do every day, but we also love our profession and enjoy working with our community. Join our team!

  • Provide athletic training services in an outpatient clinic setting under the direction of a physical therapist.
  • Support patient care through exercise instruction, modality application, and clinical flow coordination.
  • Conduct initial assessments, triage, and orthopedic evaluations for clinical patients.
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized, evidence-based rehabilitation and conditioning programs.
  • Coordinate patient care plans and progression from acute injury to full functional return.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers regarding patient progress.
  • Maintain proper electronic medical documentation in accordance with clinic, insurance, and regulatory standards.
  • Actively engage in patient education regarding home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
  • Support clinic marketing, relationship building, and wellness initiatives within the local community
Qualifications
  • NATA-BOC Certified Athletic Trainer
  • Licensed as an Athletic Trainer in the state of Minnesota or license eligible
  • Ability to work closely with all clinic staff to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and be part of a world-class clinical team
  • Outgoing and energetic personality

Additional Information

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $24.00-$28.00. Pay is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
