What is an athletic club?

An athletic club is an organization or facility that provides members with access to various sports, fitness activities, and wellness programs. These clubs typically offer amenities such as gyms, swimming pools, courts for sports like tennis or basketball, group exercise classes, and sometimes spa services. Membership may also include access to personal trainers, social events, and team sports leagues. Athletic clubs aim to promote physical health, community, and recreation for individuals of all ages and fitness levels.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an athletic club manager, and why are they important?
