ATHLETE & MEMBER ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST - FORT WORTH, TX
Help athletes and adults find the right training program and get them in the door
We're a sports performance training facility serving youth athletes and adults. We're looking for a high-energy communicator who understands athletic performance and strength training well enough to speak the language - someone who doesn't have to "sell" people, but can listen to a prospect's goals and persuade them that the right program is the right fit. This is an inbound-first role: you work warm leads from our paid ads, website, and social - not cold lists.
What you'll do
  • Respond to inbound leads fast - your primary jobEvery lead comes from our paid ads, website, or social channels. You call them quickly, follow up persistently, and work the pipeline daily: new inquiries, recent leads, and older leads that deserve another conversation
  • Make a high volume of calls every day (expect 100-150 dials) plus texts and follow-ups, all to warm inbound leads and your pipeline, not cold lists
  • Book qualified appointments (trials, assessments, and consultations) and confirm them so they show
  • Pre-qualify prospects: understand their goals (youth athlete development, adult fitness, team training) and match them to the right program
  • Earn extra by prospecting organic leads: outreach to local businesses, schools, clubs, and organizations (adults and youth athletes). Every organic prospect you generate (anyone not from paid ads who schedules and shows) pays you a bonus
  • Keep the CRM clean: every call logged, every lead owned, every appointment confirmed
How success is measured - KPIs -- What they mean and why they matter
  • Lead → Schedule rate: % of leads you convert into booked appointments. Your core production metric.
  • Schedule → Show rate: % of your booked appointments that walk in the door. Booking quality = confirmed, committed appointments.
  • Daily call volume: 100-150 outbound calls/day minimum. The activity that feeds everything
  • Closed revenue (commission tier). Revenue from prospects you pre-qualified who close. Where your commissions scale
What we're looking for
  • Communication firstProven experience in a phone-heavy, customer-facing role (sales, appointment setting, membership, hospitality, or similar). You're articulate, warm, and persistent without being pushy.
  • Fitness fluencyYou understand athletic performance and strength training (as an athlete, coach, trainer, or serious practitioner) and can explain what we do credibly to a parent or an adult member.
  • Goal-fit persuasion, not pressureYou connect a prospect's goals to the right program. The product sells itself when matched well; your job is the match and the appointment.
  • Volume toleranceYou're comfortable making 100+ calls a day, hearing no, and dialing the next number.
  • ReliabilityIn-person role; consistent schedule; CRM discipline.
Qualification criteria (minimum)
  • 1+ year in a sales, appointment-setting, membership, or high-volume phone role (fitness industry a plus, not required)
  • Knowledge of fitness/strength training (background as athlete, coach, or trainer strongly preferred)
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and daily activity tracking
  • Available for an in-person schedule including some evenings (when leads and parents are reachable)
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; reliable transportation

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
