Experienced Primary Care Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) – Tucson, AZ

$123,000 - $150,000 Base salary + incentives

Responsibilities 

  • Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population 
  • Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans 
  • Promote health education and disease prevention 
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions 
  • Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care 
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts 
  • Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care

Qualifications 

  • Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program; current certification and licensure
  • At least one year of APP experience, preferably in primary care
  • Strong clinical skills, collaborative mindset, and proficiency with EMR systems
