This position is office based out of our site in Clayton, NC. Manager, Plasma Logistics Training

The Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs across multiple Plasma Logistics Centers. This role ensures that all personnel involved in Operations, Quality, Plasma Supply Planning, Receiving, and Logistics are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to perform their roles effectively and in compliance with regulatory standards. The Training Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, quality assurance and continuous improvement through targeted learning initiatives.

  • Develop and manage training programs for all functional areas including Operations, Quality, Plasma Supply Planning, Receiving, and Logistics.
  • Conduct training needs assessments across centers to identify skill gaps and prioritize learning objectives.
  • Responsible for the design and delivery onboarding, compliance, and refresher training for new and existing employees.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, cGMP, SOPs) and internal quality standards.
  • Create and maintain training materials such as manuals, SOPs, e-learning modules, and job aids.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback, and audits; adjust programs accordingly.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure training supports business goals.
  • Lead train-the-trainer initiatives to build internal training capacity at each center.
  • Maintain centralized training records and ensure documentation is audit ready.
  • Travel to Plasma Logistics Centers to deliver in-person training and support local teams.

EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ years of experience in training management, preferably in logistics, healthcare, or regulated environments.
  • Experience with instructional design, adult learning principles, and LMS platforms.
KNOWLEDGE | SKILLS | ABILITIES

Strong understanding of plasma logistics operations and quality systems. Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills. Ability to travel up to 10%.
