Direct Support Professional (DSP) — Atco, NJ
$20-25/hour | Consistent Hours | Start ASAP

ASG Home Care is seeking a dependable and experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support a female individual in Atco, NJ. This is a consistent, long-term case for a DSP who is comfortable providing full physical support and hands-on care.

Position Overview (Direct Support Professional / DSP):
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide 1:1 support to a female individual who requires total assistance throughout the shift. The individual uses a wheelchair and cannot ambulate independently. This role requires a DSP who is confident with transfers, attentive, and reliable.

Available Schedules:

Option 1 — Sunday–Thursday (30.5 hrs/week)
Sunday: 8:30am–3:30pm
Monday: 8:30am–3:30pm
Tuesday: 8:30am–2:00pm
Wednesday: 8:30am–2:00pm
Thursday: 8:30am–2:00pm

Option 2 — Friday & Saturday (12.5 hrs/week)
Friday: 8:30am–3:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am–2:00pm

Responsibilities (Direct Support Professional / DSP):
Provide total assistance with personal care and daily routines
Complete all transfers safely and appropriately
Provide full feeding support (no special diet)
Maintain a safe, supportive environment throughout the shift
Document services accurately in HHAeXchange

Requirements:
18+ years old
Reliable transportation
Experience with full physical support and transfers strongly preferred
Ability to pass fingerprinting, background checks, and onboarding requirements
