Primary Responsibilities
- Invoice & Order Processing
- Code invoices and reconcile received quantities and amounts.
- Scan coded invoices into Yooz and Ramp.
- Place daily OEM parts orders.
- Track and update customer parts orders.
- Returns & Shipping
- Create and submit OEM stock, customer, and warranty part returns.
- Create and submit aftermarket customer and warranty part returns.
- Ship customer orders and returns via UPS and USPS.
- Inventory Control
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts and inventory preparation.
- Research and resolve part quantity discrepancies.
- Maintain organization of parts storage and bin locations.
- Warranty Support
- Serve as backup for warranty filing as needed.
- Return requested warranty parts promptly.
- Maintain warranty parts stocking levels.
Additional Expectations
- Maintain clear, accurate records for all transactions and inventory movements.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Additional duties as requested.
