Role Description This full-time, on-site Cable Technician role is based in Massillon, OH. The Cable Technician will install, terminate, and test copper and fiber cables in commercial and government facilities, following industry standards and safety guidelines. Daily responsibilities include pulling and routing cables, building and labeling structured cabling systems, and using hand tools and testing equipment to complete and verify installations. The role also involves troubleshooting connectivity issues, performing repairs, documenting work performed, and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. The Cable Technician is expected to maintain a clean, organized work area and provide professional, customer-focused service at client sites.
