As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will play a pivotal role in the mental health journey of your clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client's background, needs, and aspirations.
• Gathering and documenting detailed patient histories, which inform tailored treatment approaches.
• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions to identify and address relationship dynamics and emotional challenges.
• Collaborating with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote their well-being and progress.
• Monitoring and documenting client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Our client base is diverse, comprising individuals and families from various backgrounds, each facing unique challenges. You will engage with clients dealing with issues such as relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Your expertise in modalities like structural family therapy, communication therapy, and psychoeducation will be invaluable in fostering healing and growth among clients.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Valid MFT license to practice in the state of Maryland.
• Certification in one or more therapeutic modalities relevant to family and relationship counseling.

While we welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, candidates with at least one year of post-licensure clinical experience will be prioritized. Bilingual communication skills will also be considered a positive asset, enabling you to engage effectively with a wider range of clients.

This role offers a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, in addition to a potential sign-on bonus. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
