At Studio Movie Grill, we're all about movies and dedicated to making a real impact in the communities we serve. We've led the way in in-theater dining, transforming the movie-going experience. As we continue our legacy, we're seeking an energetic, creative storyteller who loves movies, food, and bringing people together. If you're passionate about creating authentic content, engaging with Guests, and showcasing memorable experiences, we'd love to have you on our team!
As a Social Media & Community Coordinator, you'll help bring the Studio Movie Grill experience to life by creating engaging social media content, capturing authentic Guest moments, and supporting weekly events that build community and drive theater visits. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both being behind the camera and connecting with people in front of it.
What You'll Do:
• Create 3-5 engaging social media posts each week across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Capture high-quality photos and short-form videos throughout the theater
• Create Stories, Reels, and live social content during special events
• Schedule and publish content while maintaining a consistent Studio Movie Grill brand voice
• Interview Guests for fun, movie-related content and feature authentic Guest experiences
• Encourage Guests to share photos, tag Studio Movie Grill, and participate in community conversations
• Respond to social media comments and messages in a timely, engaging manner
• Highlight celebrations, special occasions, and Guest testimonials
• Attend signature weekly events to capture live content and showcase the excitement happening inside the theater
• Promote contests, giveaways, and announce winners across social platforms
• Track weekly social media performance, including reach, engagement, video views, shares, Guest-generated content, event attendance, and follower growth
• Prepare a simple one-page weekly report highlighting top-performing content and recommendations for future campaigns
