Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to gather pertinent history and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions through diverse methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and various group therapy modalities.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, offering immediate assistance to clients in acute distress or high-risk situations, and devising safety plans.
• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health resources and reduce stigma, assisting in workshops and educational programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds. The clinic addresses a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications

• A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience
