Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine each client's mental health needs and design personalized treatment plans accordingly.
• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques to provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaboratively work with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring alignment on treatment goals.
• Respond to crisis situations effectively, providing immediate support and intervention to clients experiencing acute psychological distress.
• Engage in proactive community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness, demonstrating the importance of seeking help within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will interact with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Understanding and respecting the cultural backgrounds and needs of each client is vital in delivering effective therapy. Qualifications

• A current and valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Psychology.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills necessary to build trust and effective therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to maintain detailed and accurate documentation compliant with clinical protocols.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with teletherapy and the use of digital platforms for remote counseling is beneficial, given the remote nature of this position.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
